Sometime you don’t have the energy to cook up breakfast and that’s when you check out one of the restaurants you have on reserve. At this point in time in our culture, you’re better off eating at local mom and pop shops where you experience old-school thorough cooking and service.

Here’s a Vegetarian dish that lit up my tastebuds. It was basically pico de Gallo with added cilantro, kale, spinach and avocados ~with a boiled eggs. The chef finessed the boil to make the yolk pour out of the egg; it was absolutely incredible. We came home and remade it-Easy to make, delectable to taste!
